AVS aim to be a collective group, providing business services across a range of industries. Our staff and management pride ourselves on being able to delivery quality integrated facility services, no matter the size or scale of the client.
Whilst constructing our company we looked at how we were able to create a fluid environment and workforce, allowing each service we provide feed in to one another. We like to think that a lot of our success has come from our ability to intertwine a lot of our services.

SECURITY
AVS Services co-operatively works with quality security specialists across the huge spectrum of Security services. Due to the nature of the Security Services, some organisations will be better served to deliver specific results. AVS Services is able to offer the benefits of varying specialised service providers, under an integrated and operationally managed AVS banner. Services include physical security, electronic security, security risk management, workplace security and safety, specialist security, security training.
LABOUR HIRE
One of the most difficult categories for corporates looking for a short-term trades services is Labour Hire. The labour supply market is difficult to manage, coordinate and even understand at times. AVS Services works with a variety of premium service providers in this field. We are always able to secure quality, safety approved, qualified tradesmen at industry benchmark pricing. Our service offer extends across a wide gamut of Labour disciplines (see below). For our clients, we coordinate the whole process following their brief. We guarantee continuity of supply, qualified tradespeople and their work.
Services include general labourers, painters, installation teams, plumbers, builders labourers, gyprockers, grounds and garden service, plus many more.
TRAFFIC
CONTROL
AVS Services identified the need for quality traffic control on all sites. Again when developing or constructing AVS, we wanted to keep as much work as possible in house, ensuring us that our services were reliable, consistent, and of a high standard.
Co-ordinating our construction team and traffic controllers for our clients is something they value as it leaves them with one less worry, making us efficient and streamline when it comes to distributing staff to multiple sites.
BUILDING AND
MAINTENANCE
Much like Labour supply, the difficulties in the delivery of quality building and maintenance services presents a huge challenge for many organisations. The complexities surrounding the building trade often leads to unexpected cost issues, safety issues and continuity of supply to name a few. AVS Services aims to be as transparent as possible with our clients to ensure they are aware of any issues and changes along the way.
Services include preventative maintenance, long-term scheduling and detailed planning.
CLEANING
Much like security, many cleaning brands specialise in specific commercial cleaning services. However many large organisations are simply after an all-encompassing solution to their cleaning needs. AVS Services is able to present specialist brands, managed and operational run under the SFS banner. This gives the client a premium specialist service(s) under the operational control and responsibility of one organisation.
Services include stadium and event cleaning, heavy and light industrial environments, general cleaning, housekeeping, sterile cleaning, waste management and recycling, ground and gardening maintenance, hygiene and washroom services, pest control.
WASTE
MANAGEMENT
Waste management is a critical business service for any corporation today and into the future. Many organisations don't seek to bridge the gap between Waste Management and over important facility services. For example, coordination of waste services with the other cleaning contractor is a critical ingredient for efficiency, cost-effectiveness and reach environmental goals. AVS Services has become this critical communication bridge between waste management and other facility services.
Services include general waste, recyclable waste, specialist waste, hazardous waste removal, asbestos removal and clinical waste.

Due to the nature of training, some organisations will offer varied training courses from company to company.
